An upscale and timeless property, The Draper is located in St. Louis’ historic garment district. Renovated in 2022, the building is a true blend of historic and contemporary, creating a fashionable and lively living experience located in the heart of downtown.

Every detail matters.
Our task was to develop a name and brand identity to uniquely represent this historic building. Inspired by the property’s historical past as a hat production factory, The Draper was born. The logo exploration leaned into classic, turn-of-the-century typefaces and old pen and ink hat illustrations. We established a classic color palette of blacks and golds, which was beautifully brought to life in gilded window graphics and touches of whimsy throughout the space.
